<p>1. Small Business Loans<br />
Loan amounts maximum $25,000.<br />
Eligibility includes Aboriginal Status along with an equity commitment.<br />
A well documented business plan.<br />
The business must be viable and demonstrate ability to repay the loan.<br />
A fully completed application for business financing (provided by OCC).<br />
Interest bearing term loans for capital purchases, inventory and other working capital requirements.<br />
Interim financing (bridge loans).</p>
<p>2. Venture Investment Fund.<br />
Maximum amount $250,000.<br />
Formalized business ventures with demonstrated management and financial capacity combined with long-term market and growth opportunities.<br />
Aboriginal owned corporations, co-operatives, joint ventures, or community business ventures.<br />
For the development, expansion, modernization and/or acquisition of viable business projects.<br />
Flexible repayment options.<br />
Business development and negotiation assistance.</p>
<p>3. Youth Business Program<br />
Maximum amount of the loan $3,000, maximum amount of the equity contribution $1,500.<br />
Available to First Nations Youth, under the age of 30.<br />
Personal monitoring services provided for business development and project after care.<br />
Low interest rates.<br />
Can be combined with Small business loans for approved applications.<br />

Interested in helping a Youth Entrepreneur than apply to OCC&#8217;s mentor database. Mentors assist our entrepreneurs develop and care for their business projects.</p>
<p>4. OCC Partnership Development Program<br />
Develop partnership relationships between Aboriginal business and the private sector.<br />
Support trade, investment and marketing opportunities of Aboriginal business.<br />
Develop partnership alliances, corporate/Aboriginal business alliances, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.<br />
Promote Aboriginal business opportunities through regional forums and partnership promotion with the private sector with example the <a title="conveyor Roller" href="http://www.universalroll.com/">conveyor roller</a> from Universal Roll.</p>

<p>OCC offers access to capital and developmental lending to Aboriginal owned enterprises through our various services. The entire range of services available from OCC includes;</p>
<p>Loans for entrepreneurs interested in starting a small business,<br />
Comprehensive business development for First Nations Youth,<br />
Technical advice and support services,<br />
Financing opportunities for more large scale projects</p>
<p>With experience in many sectors of the economy such as tourism, retailing, manufacturing, professional/service, <a title="credit card" href="http://www.mycreditcardpayment.net/">credit card</a> management, <a title="insurance" href="http://www.buyinsuranceonline.ca/">insurance</a> and transportation OCC has assisted many Aboriginal Entrepreneurs realize success. OCC is committed to its leadership role in the development of Aboriginal businesses and stimulating economic growth in our service area.</p>
<p>OCC operates in Eastern/Central Ontario and Western Quebec. OCC services the First Nations communities of Alderville, Beausoleil, Curve Lake, Georgina Island, Kanehsatake, Algonquins of Pikwakanagan, Tyendinaga and Wahta. In addition OCC services Aboriginal individuals located in Belleville, Cornwall, Kingston, Orillia and Ottawa. Other First Nations will also be eligible for financing once their community officially applies for membership into the corporation.</p>
